Home is where the music is
Heavy as your darkest thoughts and as fun as your favourite party…..Distress Tolerance. Straight from the home of heavy metal, we are busy creating the ultimate playlist to the end of civilisation. Melodic and Noisy, Fast and Brooding, we exist in the tension between the urge to pull your blanket over your head, and the will to run through walls.

We are Distress Tolerance, a new band from the home of heavy metal music. Riffs, psychedelia, grunge, indie, metal, rock and whatever else finds its way into our creative stew.
You can listen to us on the music tab below, read about us on The Music That Made Us blog and chat to us on BlueSky and Instagram. See you down the front.
